The exhaust did have a small leak, but I fixed it to have a similar result.

oil changes have been every 5000, as said my service records by the earlier owner. although I dont know about the filters at this stage, might do as you say and replace em.

the line I was talking about went from the inlet manifold, after the turbo, to a diaphram the injecter pump... after I removed the top 4 bolts on the diaphram oil gushed out. I clened it out and rebolted it back together. I think this may be the cause of the power drop, I just dont know enough about it.

Ill look into the EGR... could be the problem...

Tappets 0.40mm cold. Says it on a sticker under my bonnet, so they are correct, without a doubt.

about the turbo, I usually let her warm up, and I got a turbo timer.
