1995 2WD T100 with 200K. I have been experiencing sluggish acceleration when the engine is cold for about 6 to 9 months now. I press the accelerator and the engine just bogs down. I haven't done much to figure it out, but this weekend I pulled the MAF to check it out. According to the FSM, I should be getting a resistence reading. Guess what, nothing. Doesn't even register. But, if I start the engine with it disconnected, it dies. Is the MAF bad and need replacing?

Also, I found my battery ground wire was not attached. Don't think this could be the problem, but thought I would ask.
