I did a SeaFoam treatment a few months back and it didn't seem to help. I also changed the fuel filter and did a test with premium gas for about 3 months without any improvement. The spark plugs have been changed regularly along with the air filter, oil, and minor stuff. Any other suggestions. After it is warmed up, it doesn't feel sluggish.
