where do you guys get your lug studs when you replace them? st. charles or somewhere like autozone, kragen, or napa?

My search showed up a bunch of troops and rodeos, but nothing for Amigos. So, I'm assuming it's pretty much the same... just press them out. When I go in to replace the seals on my rear axle, I plan on changing the lugs out too.
