to save you a few minutes, the width on the mini truck front (79-85) is 55.5", rear is 55", rears for 86+ are 58". most who do a yota front run 1.5" spacers each side. 84 and 85 are the best years, they have the most bracing to prevent bent tubes.

one axle I would be looking at if I didn't just get a 44 is the FJ60 front. 60", sprung under, same internals as the mini truck but the short side shaft is longer <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
