opps is right ... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> They were "tests" ... trekker is the most popular of the bunch , and Toyota didnt think the "suv" market was viable , so instead of building them themselves , they subed them out , so to speak .

That is fact . I had "official" insider info .
