That would be the LS1 out of a corvette. The LS1 out of the Camero only had 305. Unless you are speaking of a newer engine than 2000.

if it is a LS1, that would be realy cool, my buddy had a trans-am WS6 that had 340rwhp with just a k&n and borla exhaust . If I do a engine swap its gonna be ether a LS1 or a ramjet 350

Nice dude, I'm gonna have to stop by this weekend. Saturday I will be finishing up my rear bumper, sliders, and shackles, but if you're gonna be around Sunday hit me up so I can check out the progress

Man you guys are all on top of it. I founda sweet little motor the other day. LT1 with only 14 thousand miles on it. I am waiting for the guy to get all the parts up for it. He already has the computer and wirng harness. I just want to make sure that It is in fact a stand alone harness. He said he got it from jegs. If it is a stand alone I am more than likely going to go ahead and go this route. i know it will set me back alittle but man oh man It just sounds better than a vortech 4.3

Well I just got off the phone with the guy that has this motor and it looks like it is a no go. Not to worry I have plenty on my plate already.lol I am just starting to get my parts I need for the th 350 trany I am going to use. I am going to go with a rev. manualy valve body. Should I spend the extra money and get one with a trans brake? Not sure if it would be of any use to me I am going to run line locks front and rear.
What do you think?
