Has anyone had a DRL relay go bad? What did it act like?

My DRLs started working intermittently a couple of weeks ago and now they have quit completely. I wouldn't care, except that my high-beam indicator (the blue light on the dash) is flashing on and off and I hear a buzzing and clicking from under the dash.

Everything is normal if I turn on the headlights, so I've been driving with the lights on for the last few days.
