I think I know what you mean. Alot of my friends are of asian decent so some do take offense to that. To me, what you call a ricer we call poseurs. i.e. cheasy mod's like gigantic tail pipes, etc. that don't have any performance or functional benefit.

In contrast, anyone that can make a tricked out fast, manueverable, reliable (contradiction... I know..:z: <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> ) and "safe" vehicle regardless of the origin of manufacture is a hot rodder to me. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
