I've been looking at getting the Revtek 3" lift. Anybody have any feedback on this lift or suggest something better. In addition to this lift, I need to get some new tires and was wondering what's the largest I can go without any rubbing. I was kind of planning on using the stock 16" wheels. I have an 02, X-tra Cab, 4WD. Thanks.

The type of lift you need depends on the type of things you're going to do with your truck. If you're going to run through the desert you dont want drop down brackets and a body lift. I have the Revtek with 32x11.50's on stock rims (15x7) and I never rub. Its a good lift and I have no complaints about it at all. Its very straight forward and easy to install...one of the few kits I've come across where when it tells you no cutting or drilling it means it...my buddies 6" for his silverado said 100% bolt on, they just left out the part about cutting off the bumpstop and redrilling holes into the frame to put in the new one haha ...If you can I suggest going with a coilover like sway away king or donahoe...or if you really wanna go balls out get a 2.5"x8" bypass coilover and new upper arms, you'll be pulling 9-10" of travel without going long travel...Tire wise I have BFG AT's and love them...good luck with your choice

check cornfeds out. Over half the cost of Revtek. Here's what mine looks like w/ the 3" kit and 33's.

Revtek is kinda up there in price, and Cornfed is having some issues right now on shipping delays as they are in the military and are currently tied up on other business from what i hear... If you want to go with a coil spacer lift, I would recommend Toytec... They have a new design now, slightly cheaper in cost than Cornfed, and excellent customer service... If you got the money, maybe a coilover setup would suit you...
Happy modding...
