Relocating the crossmember would not be that big a deal but relocating my twin stick would be a pain, I have it juuuuuuussssst right in the console. That 3.4 is a bunch shorter than the 22RE, so I should be able to put it where I want it, and make up the distance to the radiator with a fan extension. Mebbe.

Of course, for me the Sawzall hood & scoop would be preferable to a body lift but Mike may tell me the lift is mandatory for other reasons, like tranny etc. though I can't picture it since the dimensions of the drivetrain should be the same.

I have this utterly unrealistic and unaffordable fantasy of putting "abnormally aspirated" on the hood scoop, with the truck otherwise clean and unremarkable. Completely silly, probably will never happen and I doubt it would pass the spouse sniff test. I love it.
