Hey guys, I have a chance to buy used Lincoln Tig/Stick 255 welder for about $500.00 The unit is about 5 years old, but used for welding small parts, nowhere near its full capacity.
Don't know much about them, so the question is: good deal or not.

PS: the unit looks almost brand new comes with all accesories including water cooler and it was used in my company, so I know for sure its history.

From what I saw on new prices on the web, you must have some really good glossy 8X10s of someone important!! It looks like a great price, particularly with the list of accessories that you gave.

Great price, you should snap it up. Keep in mind Lincoln reccomends a 100A service when using it on 230V.

Thanks, just wanted to double check. It will be a good addition to my 180 Hobart MIG.

PS: fortunately, I'm also an electrician - amongst other things - so as long as it is 208/240(which it is) - power hookup will not be an issue
