What is it that would make you even THINK that another 1 or even 2 inches would make any difference? How easy would it have been for MOPAR to have put the extra distance in there in the first place? Why didn't they?
The answer to your queation is an emphatic hell no! Leave the well designed intake alone and get some 5:12 gears or some new seatcovers with your money..
If you want more power purchase a Jeep with the 6 cyl in it..
