Getting the Wheeling Fever
I stayed up way too late setting up the gallery, so ill do a more detailed update later.. but basically here is where im at:

The blue body is long gone, the frame that im using from the blue trooper has a few rust holes but overall its pretty strong, currently working on some welding and painting (and swapping out a leaky steering box) before the red body can go on. I have a plan for the other frame though, because its so mint, more on that later..

The red body was completely gutted out, wiring harness from the v6 was installed, all the heating stuff and dash has been reinstalled.. I dont have any recent pics of that one, but I'm using an air end lift jack on the rear of the body and a comealong in the front, this setup allows me to easily line up the body with the frame. its just sitting there waiting to go on..

The gallery is just running off my cable modem connection so be patient if its slow..

Id love to post the whole story right now but I really gotta get some sleep, more details and future plans to come tomorrow..

Body Damage is Cool
Oh yeah, I remember this. You've made some pretty good progress so far. I like the "funny car" pic.

I don't know why pictures of a rolling frame with the engine make me excited. Maybe its because you've got everything right there out in the open that's usually hard to get to.
So far so good, minus the windshield bit.

when looking for a container to hold drained brake fluid, find a container that is different from the beverage you are currently consuming.

Roll Me Over
Great project, looks like you are making good headway. I can understand the concern of not having high enough clearance to get the chassie out from under the body. Looks like you made it without any trouble.

Jeremy, I'm the same way. A rolling Chassie is a thing of beauty. Notice that most of the pictures had 3 hits or so, you get to the chassie pics and they were viewed like 10 times.

You didn't happen to keep any of the door hinges did you? I am in need of some door hinges.

Joe
