Getting the Wheeling Fever
hello forum,

Does anybody know of a Mits. Tech who is familiar with the valve stem seal replacement procedure for my '95 SR DOHC V6? I have searched the state of Ohio and found a dealer 4.5 hrs. away that has one guy 'who had done it before' and am looking for someone possibly in Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus who has had this done and can recommend a knowlegeable Tech or Shop. I cannot believe how hard it has been to find reliable service for this truck!!

p.s. I had found a place before but when something looks too good to be true , it usually is-as was the case with them. :-(

That's the guy I GO TO! LOL Only thing he doesn't like to do is rebuild transmission ( ) He hooked my V6 up last year...he's very very reasonable, and definitely honest...but for you, he'd be around 4 hours away Heck, he's an hour from me!

I know someone in Houston. I went to get my oil changed cuz it was by work. He pops the hood and says I used to have a MightyMax.

Well, I'm planning on doing the stem seals myself, but I recently posted on a fog-light thread that may help the problem in your sig!

ALL the wiring between my "factory" fog switch and the actual fog lights is totally missing! And one of the lenses is smashed and there are no replacement parts avail I am just saving up my pennies to buy the original kit complete with wiring and lamps and relays for about $150.

Aaron,

Why waste money on the originals? You're not enhancing the value any by getting the original lights. Chances are they're hella's or bosch lights anyway.

Just go ahead and buy a set of Hella 550's that are just as good for a third of that, and have yourself a few dinners/lunches/beers (ok, maybe a keg or two).
