I modified my cart to accept my new toy but Im at a loss of ideas for all these wires. I have the mig gun secured and the power cords are functional. Im having trouble finding a good way to mount the grounds and plasma gun now. Here is what I have so far...

Any ideas?
The plasma gun is like 25ft long.
Maybe we could see some pics of other rolling carts?

Rather than a cart, you might consider building a welding table with casters on it so it can be rolled around in the work area..

Then have a shelf underneath that you can set the welders, plasma cutter and various grinders, etc.

There will be more room for the cables, especially if you had some projections that you wind the cables on. You may have seen these on welding trailers or welders mounted on trucks..

One thing for certain, you need some type of brake on the casters so the table doesn't roll around as you are working on it.. very annoying..

not a very good pic of mine...

I just finished building a second (and much bigger table) for a friend (sorry no pics yet, I'll take some and post them later)

We had a 1/4" 4x8 foot steel plate (about $190.00) cut up to make a 6' 6" long by 28" deep table top, with vertical back plate aligned to a perfect 90 degs (very handy for clamping stuff to) and a shelf that runs the entire length underneath.

Very heavy, but solid and easy to roll around on its steel casters..

His MIG welder, cables, gas bottle, grinders, MIG cables and hoses are coiled underneath.. As long as you are welding a part on the table, you don't even have to mess with the grounding cables since they are attached to the table..

The only cord running to the table is the 240v AC supply..

Body Damage is Cool
Your cart set-up is great for a portable workspace. If you have the flexability to set up a workspace like sunder is running, better. I think you are more interested in something a little more mobile so that you can tote your gear around when you need to. This works well when you have a truck or trailer to mount it all to, but not so well when you are trying to do a compact deal for fitting in a smaller shop.

How about making two of those out of sheet metal, and mounting one on each side of your cart? Sort of like those garden hose hangers.

Roll Me Over
Everybody rags on the harbor freight tools, but I spy!

I see that el-cheapo harbor freight chop saw. Mine has done a good job for me.

As for the welding cart/plasma cutter I'd like to have that problem. I would think the idea above like the hose reel would work well.
