I haven't done the swap yet, but go to the search: choose this section (4 Wheeling Toyota Trucks) and type in:

there's a ton of information including the ride and the lift you'll get.

TheBandit just did the swap and it looks great (and he's got pictures).

The downside is that some welding is required (I don't weld, yet).
