Im pretty sure that here, all one has to do if you feel they are endangering lives is call the GSP. Thats the way it is with HOV lane violations, reporting drunk driving, and reporting road rage that could potentially harm someone. Myself, just getting my liscence, am particularly careful of my road rage, because i, for one, do not want to give younger drivers a bad rep. (do they not already have one?)
One thing i cant stand is people talking on their Cell phones while driving. I think in my town, its a crime to talk on a cell while driving. I find it hard to juggle a cell and a stick shift, except between 4th and 5th...thats just me.
I think you are lucky for not getting a citation. In my town, a ticket and an 8 hour defensive driving course (which i recommend to anyone that hasnt already had it) would be the common consequence for road rage...
