Some differences:

1) 350 CFM
2) integral bowl (top gasket) - that one has a side mount bowl (think leaks)
3) cast aluminum color
4) dual fuel inlets (Y)
5) see-through fuel level sight plug

Other than that, they're probably pretty much the same. I think this one has a 6.5 power valve in it, but not certain. I don't think the montero pic site is working yet, but if you want I can email a pic to you.
