Hi, I'm new to the site but I own a gearshop here in Washington. Ive done this swap in various configurations several times. The cheapest way to do it and maintain your lug pattern and track width would be to keep the D30 upgrage to 1541 alloy or 4340chromo axles use Ford D44 knuckles and 30spl. stubs w/5-297/760 u-joints or Yukon super Joints. In the rear use either 9" from 66-77 bronco or a semi-float D60 from 67' to 70' ford 1/2 ton. I hope this helps. If you have any questions or need parts cheap you can E-mail me gearworksnw@yahoo.com or PH#(360) 910-5587 Thank-you........Kevin PS- Please send me the guys contact info for $200 custom D44 fronts I'll take 10
