As posted before my 7M-GE is reaching the end of its life.
I found a 2JZ-GE which will be complete in a few months (missing some parts like the flywheel, clutch etc).
I plan on swapping the engine somewere in june/july so i have a few months to get all parts and prepare everything so the swap will take a few days.
My dilemma is this: does anybody here know what kind of bellhouse will be needed for the 2JZ and the 3.0 V6 gearbox (R150F ?). I can fab one myself but buying one whould sure make things easier.
I can recall reading something about a Tacoma 2.7 bellhouse that should have the same engine bolt pattern as the 2JZ. Or was it the same as the 7M? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
Anybody running the 2JZ-R150F setup?
