There are many possibilities. You might read this slider article from several people to get some ideas of brands: http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/sliders/

I got my sliders from Richard at www.stubswelding.com The customer service he provides is top notch. If you call or email him he will answer any of your questions. Here is a pic of deluxe sliders on my 00 for reference. ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v623/mickdady/127-2760_IMG.jpg)

I have been looking at stubbs and their delux models. I think i will end up with them. Did you weld and powder coat yourself of did they do it for you? Where are they located? Nice truck by the way.

The site is actually www.stubbswelding.com (you missed a "b" Mickdady <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" /> ). According to the site they are in Susanville, CA.

oops yes missed a B in the URL. They are in California.
I have a welder and did it myself. Richard includes very good instructions if you want to tackle it yourself. Otherwise a welding shop can take care of it.
I decided not to powder coat mine because they see a lot of rocks and it is not easy to fix scratches in powdercoat. I bought hammerite charcoal colored paint from home depot and I repaint them after I get back from offroading. Works well, they still look new.

Jason at www.demello-offroad.com can help you out. He usually does stuff for Tacos, but I'm sure he'd be glad to fab some up for you too. He's located in the OC.
