I did something similar to Roger's mod. Man, what a difference.
My stoping distance increased after SAS. I'd adjust the lever but it's still not to my satisfactory. I found that my truck lean forward too much so the rear wasn't getting enough brake presure. Since I did the mod, it's much better.
