C conner Rock Warrior Horns are supplied power by the ignition switch and grounded by the column switch. It is grounded through the horn button. There is a spring loaded contact in the steering column the makes the connection from the horn button to the chasis. Any horn that is grounded through the case is going to give you a big head ache lol.
