Anyone know where to find a shop manual in electronic form (pdf)? All I need is a schematic for the 5-speed manual trans ('94).

Have you tried a Haynes or Chiltons manual? Not sure if they have an exploded diagram or not...

I have a Haynes manual, but it's for gen 1 Troops. I don't think there is one for gen 2, at least not that I have found. Some things are similar, but the 5-sp tranny looks different. I've developed a nasty oil leak, looks to be coming from the top of the tranny, maybe at the shifter. I just want to look at a schem to confirm that this is likely, before I drop it.

I'd pull the shifter boots and look around under there. Once those are off, you should be able to peak through the hole in the body. I'd do that first to try and save you time.

Yea, I've gone that route (way back when the leak was just a wee one), but as I recall, you can't see much from the top, and you especially can't get to much, other than the shifter socket.

There is a downloadable manual either on this forum or on Planet Isuzoo. Just click on forums and do a search. I believe that it is for a 92-97 trooper.
