I have owned one of those for going on 14 months now..... great little welder <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> I use it for everything up to 1/8" (or 3/16th non-structural). Completely refurbed a horse trailer with it. Did my gas tank lift with it. I have built various non-truck-related brackets with it. All of my "heavier" steel projects like the rear bumper I use the Lincoln 225A stick welder on. If your welding skills are good enough, and you do the proper prep work, bevel, and multi-pass.... you could probably build bumpers and stuff with that welder..... but its small for doing anything over 1/4" with (probably 3/16" for a beginner). Never really tried myself with having the stick welder right there. That thing will burn through any thickness steel I'll ever need to use.
