hey thanks man, Heres some more progress. Its almost all tacked together. I need to cut off a couple of peaces from the sides, and add some shackle tabs, the wrap around part that goes around the sides, and a few other things. Man theres alot of work in building bumpers!! I went trough 4 1/2 grinder cuttoff wheels already. I had to cut a rectangle under the receiver hitch, so I can get the pin in. [Linked Image] heres some more pics.
