You think YOU have problems. My Chilton says just put a 1/2" ratchet head in the tensioner to loosen when removing the belt. The front of my tensioner is a standard bolt head! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> I bought a belt for $32 and the local shop won't install it due to warranty. They want $104 to replace with their own belt. Chiltons is not much help for most things that I've had to do.

Love my '91 and '02 Troopers, yet still old and in the way. Stock can be fun too!
