Need a Spot

I bought a head 4ze1 from them with that set-up 50,000 km ago.Truck runs amazing,lower emissions on a drive clean test than my 2001 grand-prix.I've been looking for signs of wear on the rocker shaft when the valves get adjusted and nothing yet.Seems to work fine
