Well I bought the leaf springs today. I paid more than $100 for them too. They were 63" leaf springs from a 1999 chevy silverado.

They were really really clean.

They came with all the attachment bolts and the chevy shackle.
The only thing I can see different on these is the front mount bolt is slightly larger in diameter which only means I need to drill out the spring hangers a little so no biggie.

Now I need to get the rear hanger and the shackle for the swap.

I am having a hard time deciding wether to run the johnny flex joint shackle hanger in the back or just a regular bushing and a shackle.

Ordered up a hidden hitch winch mount plate for my magnum 9000 winch today.
I bought it from JC Whitney for $42.99 online it was like $51 shipped.

I also got my front licence plate today pretty trick:

My buddy can't squeeze me in untill next week to get the spring hangers and stuff welded on so I have to wait to get it done.

Some more info I just completed my 2000 silverado 63" leaf spring install last night.
The front spring bushing has a 5/8" diameter bolt hole so you will need to drill your spring hanger to match.
The rear leaf bushing is still 9/16" so that hasn't changed.
Also the center pin on the leaf pack is a little larger than 5/8" so the ubolt plate center hole will need to be reamed out slightly to fit.

I have a semi light flatbed on my truck 300-350 lbs the 00 silverado pack I am using is a 2 leaf pack with a overload.
I am using bud built 8" shackles and the spring pack makes the truck sit level with the front and I believe the front springs are 4" procomp springs they have sagged some and are actually about 3" now.
I am able to completely stuff my rear tires they touch my flatbed tray.

I now have a nice Class III hitch welded on.
My buddy gave me one for helping him out on his truck wiring.

I have some electrical quick disconnects on order that's all I am waiting on to wire this up so I can use it on the back if needed.

Got any pics of the rears up front? Are you running the stock front spring hanger? If so, how's the pinion/caster with the longer shackles?

Nope still waiting on my springs. They are currently at the spring shop being done.

Worse case I might have to run a angle shim to correct it.
I know the rear I need about a 3-4 deg shim. I checked the DS angle after the chevy swap and the pinion is at 10 deg and the driver shaft is now 17 deg.

Decided against doing rears on front.
I ended up going with 5" skyjacker soft ride springs for the front.
Also put in new a new sky-manufacting front u-bolt flip kit and installed my ford F-250 shock towers and my Rancho RS5012 shocks on the front.
I am pulling the small short leaf on the bottom of the sky-jacker leaf pack for additional flex.
I only went this route because it's a daily driver and I didn't feel like making a new front spring hanger and having to fab up a longer front driveshaft.
