In the front six mounts, I bought 7/16 x 6" grade 5 bolts from Tractor supply for the $4. These are a little beefier than stock, but fit perfect. Do you know if 1/2 x 6" bolts will fit in the front six mounts? These are also grade 5 bolts. Thanks

would it be wise to buy larger bolts and maybe drill out larger holes to allow for strength? just a thought--i was pondering.
i like the idea of a 1" body lift. especially if you don't have to do any other work. (trans linkage, steering linkages, hoses, etc.)
then i can go get a susp lift!!!

So what was the finally count of pucks needed for the BL, and does anyone know what the stock size mounts that are used on the 2nd gen trooper are?

Here is the number of pucks from Wareagle's Post: First, you'll need: *12(twelve) "pucks" or "mounts" *6(six) Grade 5 nuts and bolts (options below) To save some $$, I used 4 large and 8 mini (pucks)
Here is a picture to help you plan your lift: ![[Linked Image]](http://www.2trooper.com/images/body.jpg)

Ok, I'm a little confused here. You said you need 12 pucks and one post says 16. The picture posted only seems to show 10. What am I missing here? I have a 94 Trooper and would like to do a 1" BL on. Where is the cheapest place to buy the 1" pucks and exactly how many would I need of each size?
Thanks,
Kevin

Follow my directions at the top. They list what you need. You cna get the individual pucks from most offroad shops. They are called "replacements".

If you look at the image, 5 and 6 are very close together. So you have 6 on each side. Thats gives you a total of 12.
