Do the trailing arm reinforcement mod and never worry about them again. Trailing Arm Reinforcement Mod Also, check your axle housing for wear. When I broke my trailing arms a couple of years later the axle housing failed.

dont know if anybodys looking, but there is a very clean 90'ish ls v6 lwb for sale in bountiful. ive seen it around a few times, didnt notice any smoke. blue with roof rack, and looked to be 31" mudders on the aluminum sport rims. havnt seen it up close, but from about 20' away it looks very clean... if anybodys interested i can go get up close and personal with it .

All three of my broken trailing arms have broken on the top. And I replaced them before they broke on the bottom. So wouldn't I need to reinforce them on the top of the hoop where they break first. Or better yet reinforce them on the top and bottom. I am going to pick up another set that are in better shape then the ones i just got. And get them fixed up with new bushings and reinforcments.
The axel housing is ok. But the rear bolt hole on the passenger side is oval. Hope it holds up.

i think the clincher was when we went up to green river a few weekends ago to go fishing... long trip. he kept talking about all the creature comforts. my bro-inlaw kept trying to call me out, so we did a little digging as well. he kept saying "man we should of brought a shovel". never even spun a tire, and that was on soaking wet silt! we billygoated up a few hills that buried the inclinometer with the same results. yup... pop-inlaw was won over from the imperialist american car makers !

Hey Guys.............I read that some of you want to go down to Knolls for some wheeling, I'm in! We should try to get a definitive date so we can plan it.

I have a 93 or 94 Monty, I am going to sell. It is white with alloys, good tires, etc. (Haven't received the title yet, it's part of a divorce thing going on.)
It needs motor work, but I promise it will go cheap. Anyone interested, message me with your e-mail address and I'll send you a pic.

Racer, Is it a sr? Does it have a factory locker? Is it a 3.0l? What is up with the engine? Give us all the details I might be interested in a summer project.
