I have a good fender you can have, only it is brown, black, and silver.
Also this saturday we are going to the stansbury mountains. leaving west vally around 10:00am. We will be doing a few trails in north willow canyon area. Easy wheeling might run into some snow. IF you are coming give me a call leave you number and I will call back, with specific details. Later Karl

My Avatar is pretty accurate on the red color. (Pretty sure it isn't bordeux)
But, I have a paint gun and a compressor. I can paint anything!
Also, anyone near SLC know a good shop that I can consider to put my motor together? Temples Machine has gone out of business. I have all the parts pretty much ready to assemble.
And, once it is together, anyone suggest a good and reasonable shop to install in in the Monty? I just don't have time anymore.
Thanks, Racer4

you shouldotta snatch up that fender from motero... paint her up and call it all good . as for putting your engine together and intalling it, how much are you willing to pay? the intall alone is gonna run you a arm and leg.

Don't got NO arms or legs I can spare! But maybe that's all relative. The motor will have cost me over $1,000 by the time I am done. And winter is coming and I drive up Parley's Summit to Park City every morning. So I need it done. Any suggestions? Are you offering? Let's talk. PM me if you are interested. It is parked in a storage unit in North Salt Lake/Bountiful currently.

i cant go ... waaayyy to much stuff to do this weekend, honeydo's & crap ive been putting off. but i was thinking about a run up at the B right up to the top here in a couple weeks... should still be accessable (if things stay even remotely close to what they are) for another month or so. its really close by and a relativly fun trail with plenty of pucker factor to go with it. only takes afew hours to do it... unless you come down the same way. what about racer4, tycer & the rest of the locals... hear from any of them? btw, thanks for the help on the starion diff info and lemme know if you happen to bump into one .

As you know those starions are Dodo rare around here. Above the B? Are you talking the two way graded bulevard that goes up to the top? Or the Jeep trail that branches off half way up and does not go very far? I don't recall any thing above the B that even requiers 4x4. Once the snow starts flying I like to head out to the west desert Knolls area.

yup... above the B. theres a "jeep" trail that goes from the top of the B clear up to the top of the ridge. and you gotta have 4wd... last time i went i wouldnt even recommend (at least the 1rst 1/2-1 mile) trying with a open diff., the 2 jeeps (cherokees) i was with had open diffs and there was a few areas that they had a hard time with, and by trying to power through it instead of crawling... dam near went over the edge and not to mention some of the hills they couldnt even climb. the trail keeps getting harder and harder due to the constant use by the locals (mostly atv's). its a pretty good time with lots of spider trails that go off of it. i think you might be thinking of that grated road that goes up on the north side of the B, goes along the bountiful ridge and finally dumps out in farmington. a couple of my buddies (that grew up right here in bountiful) showed me this trail right after i got my monty. i wouldnt go near it once the snow starts in and starts to stay... the fast way down is not my idea of a good time. one side of the trail (pretty narrow, never seen a full size rig on this trail) is straight down for about 500' or better... dam i hate heights . theres some twisty action on it as well, not many oportunities to turn around and some pretty good hills to climb. about half way up theres a campground that you can use to get out onto the grated road or keep on going up to the top. btw, can you post a map on the knolls?
