Wish I could. Im too paranoid to take the Montero that far away. With my luck I will have to pay a tow truck to haul it back to Ogden. My wife has to work at the ski resort Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so I will be home watching the kids and nursing a hangover. smile

Took the Montero up to Powder Mtn. Not a good choice with the LT285s. Trans light came on and I topped off at like 15mph with HIGH rpms... the way it is geared,, NO WAY!

I run 33"s and have been up Powder...I think gears are not the issue...

Great Grass
See you in the morning.

as it is for right now we should be on time. my friend is supposed to be at my place by 7/7:30. should give us enought time to get there minus the time to stop at mickeyd's to feed the kids... unless they fall asleep then ill worry about it when we get off the freeway. really looking foward to this, too bad some of the other locals that will go unnamed cant make it. hope this doesnt make us look week in the eyes of the az crew . btw, i wasnt really too terribly concerned about the white stuff but the second the first flake hit the ground my bro called me up and was second guessing... newbs .

Roll Me Over
turned out to be a great day of wheeling... minimal carnage on the rattlesnake . started off with 7 rigs and finished up with only 3... motero, myself and moteros friend in a rubicon. started off low on some easy trails and played in the mud, so it was very welcoming to finally get up on some rocks... enter the carnage. justified the need to fab up some rock sliders, for in moteros words "to get my limo through there" , and finish my rear bumper since i nearly ripped the drivers side off of the stock one thats on it now. slight adjustment with a boulder and i could open my rear door again , and for motero... he softened up a boulder for me with his . as for pics, i didnt get anything post worthy... but i think motero did hoping hell post em' . long way to go for a half of day of wheeling but all in all it was a great day even with the constant cries of "dad what were you thinking?!?!" and "dad were gonna crash!!" .

That is all that turned out, I will have to practice my photo taking while smashing things at the same time. I did not get any photos of the hard spots, And I am still amazed at how Grass and his stock 4door just walked all over every thing.
