i used a forklift w/ a pallet on it to take it out lol. but to put it in i had about 3 of my buddies help me. still was a pain. but to install the tranny make sure you get some old head bolts and cut the heads off of them and slot the ends of them. install them in the tranny bolt holes so your tranny lines up easier and you dont damage it. but they do sell tranny jack attachments for floor jacks at northern tool and equipment...i dont know how well they work but id give them a try. also i heard a motorcycle jack is about the same thing as a tranny jack.
