you will probably rub your frame if there's that much backspacing. I've never tried, but I'm sure you can adjust your steering stops.

If it was me, I'd sell the wheels. If they are weekend only tires, put them on some cheap 15x8's. With this setup, they will wear badly on the street, BUT you should be able to air way down and not have to worry about blowing the tire off the bead.
