Well, just as I was thinking I was gonna get the engine back in the truck finally, it had to give me one more round of grief...

Went to put on the rocker cover and as I was putting on one of the nuts, it got tight, tight, then loose... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />.
Took the nut off and of course, the threads are done for. I was hoping that maybe I could cut off the damaged part and make use of it still, but once you put that little grommet on the cover, there wouldn't be any threads left for the nut.

Anyone ever have this happen to them before? I'm hoping maybe the stud can be replaced somehow??
