yes I searched, just want to make sure

2nd gen trooper 12 bolt is 62" WMS-WMS correct? I'd like to use one of those and a d44 front about 1-2" wider. (I know an FJ80 axle would be right on, but they are too hard to find and too $$$)

I've seen that the waggy 44's are 61.5". Close but not perfect. I like that the Jeep stuff is SUA (I'm keepin it low) but I'd rather not have to use spacers to get the width I want. There was some talk of a 64" widetrack FSJ d44--any confirmation of what year/model?

I'm thinking of just getting a full width dodge or chevy d44/10 bolt (easy to find, usually cheap) and shortening it and using a waggy shaft. That would put me in the 63-64" area.

What a minute, just had an idea What about a 61.5" waggy d44 with the 8 lug outers? Don't they add about 3" total width? I'd have to figure out a way to convert the rear to 8 lug, tho...

TIA

Paul
