Apparently, this engine uses many of the same parts as its US industrial counterpart, such as water pump and many gaskets, so the Isuzu industrial dealers should be able to help. Other parts will have to come from overseas. With the reputation it has for reliability (not to mention the simplicity of diesels in general) I don't expect it to be much of a problem.
