Hey all --

Two years (even a little more!) since I posted last in this thread. Time flies when you're a student again; that, coupled with the birth of our son has kept me away from the garage for the most part.

However, I am getting back in action, as I would like to have the Trooper on the road by Labor Day. Possible? We shall see.

I got all the metalwork on the front of the hood finished. It doesn't look that great, but it's solid, and my first attempt at rust repair. I will add a little filler and call it good enough.

Next, the hood scoop will be added, looking at this coming weekend to have that completed. Stay tuned for updates and photos.

p.s. Paul, did you ever get your Trooper on the road?

p.p.s. I think we ought to start a parts sources thread for import diesels, things like oil filters, timing belts, etc.
