Pesky Coolant leaks

Getting the Wheeling Fever

Everytime I plug one up another one springs up.

This last one is irritating. Thermostat housing.
Replaced the thermo and gasket Saturday. Thought that took care of it but today its leaking again.

Is there anything tricky about that housing? the two housing bolt were darn rusty. I cleaned them up and chased the bolt holes.

Tips? Thanks
