My power steering pulley bearing has bit the dust. It makes a loud rattling now, so i'm pretty sure it won't be long until it bites the dust. Since i'm going through the trouble of replacing one bearing, i might as well replace them all. Here is my problem: where the hell can i order these bearings or at least a replacement pulley for the 3 belts? I know i can get a replacement a/c idler pulley but what about the rest? Any part numbers?

Another option is, my truck has the extended waranty, so i could pay the $50 deductible and let the dealer deal with it. Should i try that? think it will be covered? I'm hesitant to go to the dealer sionce they may give me crap about taking it offroad.

The dealer should cover it. I just had my AC pulley replaced last week because it was going out. I paid the $50 and they didn't even ask any questions.

Are you referring to the idler pulley ( the pulley that is just attached to a bracket and does not turn any accesory)? If you end up having to replace the bearing yourself, just press the old bearing out of the pulley and buy a new one. I always had good luck at napa getting a replacement for my old nissan. Any old garage can press the old one out providing they have a hydraulic press. Hope I saved you some cash... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

I'm talking about the pulley bearing directly on the power steering pump.
