Thanks Mark!

Nothing like tearing into a new truck and modifying it while it has less than 1K miles on it <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> . Plus it has that new car smell... Now, les'see, lift, sliders, skids, transplant the ARB locker from the 4Runner, cool camping / hunting gear, fix that funky exhaust system. Sounds like a good list to start with, watch the forums and the main 4X4Wire Toyota site for more!

So, did you sell the 4Runner?

4Runner will be stripped of all the goodies. Sold to my son who wouldn't know what the "little shifter" does and won't use it. When he's done with it, I'll buy it back and go Class 7S racing.

The new Taco, much like the new 4Runner has an untapped potential. Perhaps no great rockcrawler, but should be a fairly decent all around off road truck and toy hauler with a few mods. Beside that, I suck at rockcrawling, not my speed and taste as I learned the past few years. The shorty bed on the Taco looks plenty big enough for a fair sized bull elk or deer though...
