What you provided was the url - web page. When you get there you see the picture. Right click the picture and go to properties. In properties it'll show the location - "http://www.msnusers.com/_Secure/0RgAAAE8UF .... /IMG_4358.JPG?dc=4675520061496938161"
That won't pull up the picture, but if you go up to .jpg and take everything else off after it - "http://www.msnusers.com/_Secure/0RgAAAE8UF ... /IMG_4358.JPG"
it'll show up.
