OK, so Mando's method with the sprayer worked for me. The old oil needed to be changed, but it wasn't milky or anything that I could tell, just kinda thick. I put her all back together and it is still leaking. I can't tell if it is from the front driveshaft seal, or the seam in the housing where it bolts together. How difficult is that front seal to change????
