Wiring diagram for the fuel pump is on the fuel pump test jumper page I posted earlier.

Pulled CO relay and main relay and tested them. Both seem to be within the specs. What else should I check? Should I run a direct line to my fuel pump?

Pull access cover under the rear seat and see if you are getting power to the pump. Do you hear the CO relay click when you turn on the key w/ the fuel pump test jumper installed? If not, it is likely not turning on.

My CO relay clicks when I turn the key to the "start" posistion, however it is not clicking in the "on" position when I have the jumper installed.
Checked pump power and that is no dice. Is that related to the CO relay. It was working 2 days ago...which is pretty irritating.

Look at the wiring diagram/web page and you'll find the answer. CO relay has two sets of windings, one pulls in ia the STA input in reaction to the key in the STArt position. The other winding is pulled in by the AFM FP contact *OR* the test jumper when the key is in the ON position. You could try opening the AFM flapper to see if that trips the relay, or maybe the ground connection for the test jumper is messed up (that's all it is, a jumper to ground), so trace out why that is not working.

Hmmm, been awfully quiet the last two days. Im guessing he:
A) got her running and is now out chasing wimmins
B) got fed up and rolled the rig off a cliff
C) took an electrical shock while fiddling with everything under the dash and is laying unconcious acrossed the floorboard with wetpants.

Well the truck is still not running...I had some finals to deal with (at least it's the last week of school) and took the weekend to do nothing. Now I'm back to it. The CO relay does not click when I turn the ignition to the "on" position with the jumper installed. It does click when I turn the ignition to "start" but I don't hear the fuel pump running in that case. It would seem to me like the CO relay is not working correctly. And I don't know why the grounds for the check connector would get messed up overnight. Just doesn't seem very likely. I'm sorry if I'm going in circles but I do not understand wiring well at all. I am trying. How much does a CO relay go for? Is there a generic relay that matches it? Thank you all for your concern. BTW- Darin, although it sounds like pushing my truck off a cliff would definitely solve my problems (thought about many times) it certainly wouldn't help me pick up and wimmins.

CO relay is a special 2-winding device. Could be one of the windings has fried. In your case secondary winding that the starter switch pulls in makes the relay click. The primary AFM/jumper winding may be open circuit. New relay from Toyota (call dealer and check the price) or find a used one at the junkyard.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Update: Found out that the EFI fuse (in driver side fuse box) was blown, cutting power to the fuel pump. This must have blown inbetween rewiring the injectors. Fuel pump is now getting power, and because of rewiring the injectors, they are working as well. Fuel, air, and spark are now all there. However, timing seems to be the issue now. Set the distributor in right (over #1 on compression stroke TDC) and it seems like it wants to start in between a certain range of moving it. Go too far retarted and it doesn't sound like it will start...too far advanced and it doesn't sound like it will start. In the middle it seems like it is almost there just not making it. Double checked that the cam is at TDC when the bottom end is and it is right on so its not off any teeth. Any helpful hints on getting it going now? Does the new cam (Engnbldr 261) or other upgrades have anything to do with it?

Anyone ever have any problems with timing? Suggestions?
