Getting the Wheeling Fever
Finally got my 2" springs from Downey and installed them with new pro comp es9000 shocks, and my runner is still leaning torwards the drivers side. It's not sagging in the rear end anymore smile but it still has the same amount of lean as it did before I changed the parts. I know that the truck has never been in a wreck or had any frame damage. hell I haven't bottomed out in it for at least 7 years and that was before it started sagging. I don't know if the torsion bars would be affecting it as the truck leans to the drivers side more in the back. I figured new shocks all around and new springs would do it.

Try leveling it out w/ the torsion bars. Since they are usually stiffer than the leaf springs, a little uneven height up front = a lot of uneven height in back.

Do what Roger suggested, you may have a t-bar getting soft. When I was IFS my PS t-bar backed off on its own, the jam nut had fallen off the adjusting bolt!!!

if I leave it for a few weeks will difference in height cause any damage to the new leaf springs?(being used daily)

A lot easier to do on the IFS than on leaf springs!
