Body Damage is Cool
That doesn't read like its legit, even if its a secret recall it would still be in corporate jargan, and do they expect people not to notice? Where'd you get that?

that is not real, I have a honda and it is still serviced as a honda. Honda built it only with many of the isuzu part. nothing against isuzu but they will still fix it a honda even if I remove the emblems because it is based off the original serial number.

this bulletin is boguss

Getting the Wheeling Fever
That almost made me pee my pants :-)

where is one from Acura then... didn't they also rebadge a Troper ?

what is really funny is that I stopped by a honda dealer to check out a CR-V (I know but with gas at 2.35 a gallon and only 17 mpg tops with a 600 a week drive to work.... but fear not I like my rodeo way too much - it was just a quick thought) she said that my trade was low since isuzu quaility is sooo low. so well I had to ask about a used traded in passport that they had... well she said that is made by honda and was confused by my question... so I asked well then why does it look like my rodeo more or less? I said did honda make the rodeo or did isuzu make the passport. it stumpped her and she thought I was being "rude" :-)

I thoroughly agree...

I tried to copy it and email it to a buddy, who SWEARS that is truck isnt affiliated with such a horrible auto maker..though his "honda" has like 160k on it... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I guess we get the last laugh...

Honda built it only with many of the isuzu part.

Sorta, it is a rebadged Rodeo with a few more luxury interior items. It is Isuzu, was built by Isuzu to whatever specs that Honda requested. All Honda did was make an agreement with Isuzu and Isuzu delivered.

But you are correct, Honda will service it. In fact, Honda or any other dealer will most likely service any vehicle you take to them as long as you are a paying customer.

...and I've always enjoyed being able to roll into a Honda dealership for Isuzu parts. There are more of them than Isuzu dealerships these days! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" />

Somehow this one got past me yesterdayà

Man-o-man, thatÆs funny! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

As for the Honda Passport owners who steadfastly believe that theirs is a Honda-produced vehicleà If they get a little too mouthy about it, then while you have them in a headlock, you could always just push their face into the build sticker thatÆs located on the driverÆs side door jamb.

^^^ That was just a JOKEà
For the record: I do not in-any-way advocate the use of violence against Honda Passport owners!

Nowà Some Honda DEALERS on the other handà

I think the best part is that, acording to that update, it would take a technician 3.5 hours to rebadge a Passport <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Mine's having an Identity crisis.
