but anyway, the window bracing is to keep the windows from popping out and/or shattering. 150+ dB tends to do that. The back passenger windows are presumably "stock" because they presumably roll them down when competing. Actually surprising anyway that they don't shatter.

The truck doesn't have headlights or anything because it just rolls into a trailer when it's done sitting in one place. Probably has 4 alternators and a switch to kick the idle up to 2500rpm, too. .... though, given the covered radiator and grille maybe they yanked the engine altogether to make room for more boom and run it off a mains power supply? I don't know if that's in the rules for dB drags, as I still think those are stupid.
