Oh, point of clarity: its St. Mary's in Grand Junction that has the world-class neurosurgeon. Well-placed IMHO.
Just a chopper ride from Moab. Ask me how I know.
Just another reason Junction looks pretty darn good - combined with only 40K residents, and close to just about everything fun...

Glad to hear you are recovering nicely Temporal lobe huh... any unusual memory or speech production issues since the fall? I seem to recall unusual ability four-wheeling and superior articulative skills. Is that what you mean? And here all along I had just chalked it up to grandiosity. Live and learn. All seriousness aside, my hamstrings are way tight and I probably screwed up my sacroiliac or something, but the head thing made a temporary distraction. Muscle relaxants have an unusual effect on mood. They ain't trusting me with too much here at work...

Cool.
I'm shooting for near-full-time at work this week. Mostly I end up exhausted by day's end. Slowly getting better, and trying to keep off the meds (messing with my gut, which helps not at all!).
Definitely take care of your noggin, its amazingly sensitive to getting beaned and it takes a while to get over!

Glad to hear you are OK, Bill!
Work the rest of the recovery, and it sounds like you'll get back to 100% soon!
